Returns Policy

All returns must be in accordance with our terms conditions:


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us using a signed for postage method in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore advise you send all returned items by a signed/tracked courier service that will insure your goods to their value and can provide you with tracking solutions should any problems arise. We are not liable for items that do not arrive with us or are deemed lost by your courier and no refunds will be given on items that do not arrive back with us. Should a problem arise with your sent item and you have used a signed / tracked courier service, they will be able to help locate the item.


We will issue a full product refund on receipt, not the postage paid. or exchange the item for a different length / colour if preferred. Please note: This does not apply to items that have been tried on, used or fitted. In accordance with UK Hygiene Legislation and our Terms & Conditions, the return of hair Extensions products is not accepted should the item show evidence of being tried on, used, worn or fitted. Upon quality inspection, should an item be returned to us in any of these stated conditions, a credit note will be issued to your account for you to use, not a refund. The returned product must be unused and in a resaleable condition condition. All packaging and labels must be in tact and in no way cut or damaged. All returns must comply with these guidelines and will undergo a quality inspection upon their return.


If you require a different product (rather than a different length or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
No returns on hair coloured by customer after purchasing from us.
Discounted products are non-refundable. An exchange only will be made on discounted products.
Customised hair (all mixes except #18/613 are customised) is non-refundable, namely (Ombre’) and Premium Range Tipped Hair Extensions.
In the case of hair extensions, if you are unsure of the colour you require, then please contact us by e-mail at info@tressesexcelhairacadamy.com as we offer hair extensions colour match service.
You should expect to receive your refund within Three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (estimated 1 to 10 business days in the UK), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes Paypal or your bank to process our refund request (1 to 10 business days).
